Qualifications and skills required: -Attitude and personality: Candidates must show a willingness to learn on and off the job with a desire for continual improvement of themselves and their workplace. The candidate must show good attention to detail as well as a strong ability to follow written and verbal instructions. We need HIGH energy candidates. -Mathematics: The candidate must know how to use a scientific calculator, understand addition, subtraction, multiplication, trigonometry, and some basic algebra. -Problem solving: The candidate must be prepared to solve problems with the help of shop leadership. Good communication skills are necessary. -Computer skills: You must know how to operate windows computers and applications. -Fusion 360 CAM/CAD - You must know how to program with fusion 360 an make simple models, you will be tested. -FANUC G-Code - You must know how to hand program turning, you will be tested. -Controls: You must know HAAS (coldfire + NGC), FANUC and OSP, you will be tested. CNC Router Operator (Computer Numerical Control Router Operator)

About the position The CNC Router Operator is responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines to cut cabinet components and accessories. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to work in varying conditions while ensuring safety and quality in the production process. Responsibilities • Safely operate assigned equipment to produce cabinet parts. , • Proficiently use a tape measure to determine sizes for parts. , • Supply the sufficient amount of parts in the buffers established by the schedule. , • Inspect component parts prior to working on them again after they have been machined for correct specifications. , • Comply with the company's rules and guidelines for safety and health. , • Maintain an acceptable attendance record. , • Maintain a safe work place by housekeeping and keeping an organized work area. Requirements • High School diploma or equivalent required. , • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and/or twist frequently. , • Ability to stand and walk up to twelve hours per day on concrete surfaces. , • Ability to physically carry and transport items long distances for up to 8+ hours per day. , • Ability to lift, carry, and transport in excess of twenty pounds frequently and repetitively for up to 8+ hours a day. , • Ability to frequently bend, stoop, reach, grasp, twist, push, and pull items which range in excess of twenty pounds. , • Ability to work under hot and cold conditions. , • Good attendance record is required. , • Ability to lift and/or reposition parts. , • Ability to multi-task duties and responsibilities. Complex Machine Operator

Job Summary: Sets up and operates machines such as concept, EVO Jet router, Salvador chop saw, wide belt sander, straight line rip saw, gang rip saws, stock moulders, veneer press, planers and manual panel saws to cut, and machine cabinet components and accessories. Duties and Responsibilities: • Safely operate assigned equipment to produce cabinet parts • Proficiently use a tape measure to determine sizes for parts • Supply the sufficient amount of parts in the buffers established by the schedule • Inspect component parts prior to working on them again after they have been machined for correct specifications • Comply with the company’s rules and guidelines for safety and health • Maintain an acceptable attendance record • Maintain a safe work place by housekeeping and keeping an organized work area • Maintain no more than a 1% reject rate per workday Qualifications: • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent • Must pass a minimum competency test • Must possess reading skills to read parts lists and other material required for job completion • Must be able to identify wood types and sizes of material • Must have mathematical skills to take measurements and determine correct sizes for cabinet parts • Must be mentally alert and capable of remembering faces, names, oral instructions, and details of varying types of materials Essential Functions of the Job: • Stands and walks up to a total of 10 hours per day on a concrete surface • Performs twisting and rotation motion using head/neck, waist, knees, and arms • Must be able to withstand environmental conditions including extreme temperatures and high levels of noise • Must be able to work required daily and weekly work hours as determined by the schedule • Must be alert and able to identify and respond to a hazard by either reporting it immediately or by taking corrective measures, if directed • Must be capable of communicating with managers and co-workers In order for us to proceed with the application process, we would need for you to fill out a formal application through our website: https://careers.kmc.net/home/index. • * Note: You will need to create an account on the website before it allows you to begin applying to the positions we have available. ** You are able to fill this application out at home instead of coming here to the office.
