Summary: The CNC Router Operator is a key part of our fabrication team and is responsible for programming, operating, and maintaining CNC router equipment used in the production of custom signage. This entry-level position offers hands-on training in precision manufacturing, technical skills, and working with the materials and cutting methods commonly used in the sign industry. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, takes pride in producing clean and accurate cuts, and collaborates well with designers, fabricators, and project managers.
