Typical Tasks • Setup and operate Haas 3 axis CNC mills and Haas CNC lathes with live tooling and Y axis. • Adjust Feeds, Speeds, and offsets to ensure accuracy and quality of machined parts. • Setup and operate manual Mills and Lathes. • Precision machining of aluminum, stainless steel, copper, carbon steel, ceramics, plastics, and other materials, per prints. • Understanding of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T). • Inspection of completed parts. • Maintaining a clean work environment.
