Overview: We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team! Key Responsibilities: • Secure and position materials on the CNC machine table for optimal performance. • Prepare and measure materials to meet the required dimensions as per tool specifications. • Take corrective action and create plans to address errors in work orders. • Perform edge treatments and sink cut-out preparations according to work order specifications. • Operate standard carpentry tools, including electric/pneumatic tools (grinders, polishers). • Use precision instruments to set up CNC machines and tooling. • Adhere to safety rules, processes, and policies to ensure a safe working environment. • Maintain tools, ensuring they remain sharp and clean for effective operation. • Keep the work area clean, organized, and free from hazards. • Report any malfunctions or issues with CNC equipment to the appropriate personnel. • Maintain a professional attitude and work collaboratively with co-workers. • Complete special manufacturing projects as assigned. • Perform other related duties as required.
