Computer Numerical Control(CNC) Programmer

Job Role : Computer Numerical Control(CNC) Programmer Location : Laramie, WY Duration : Fulltime/Direct Hire Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Programmer who does not just want to do programming but wants to help our CNC production operators in improving processes and skill sets. The CNC Programmer will be responsible for technical drawing, CNC programming, machining, milling, and programming tasks to support the production. The role will involve working closely with the engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure efficient and accurate production processes. Client is help with relocation expenses for the right individual. Qualifications: • Must have at least 5 years of experience programming in Mastercam • At least 5 years of experience with machining and milling-both manual and CNC milling • Attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions • Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems related to CNC programming and machining • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Strong mathematical and analytical abilities • Strong understanding of machining principles, cutting tool selection, and machining parameters. • Ability to interpret engineering drawings, geometric dimensions, and tolerances (GD&T), and quality specifications. • Ability to work within our value system as noted above • Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy materials, and perform manual tasks in a manufacturing environment.
