Machinist

• *This position is located in Wichita, KS** Description: • While working on-site in Wichita, KS, perform machining operations in the development and production of brand-new military aircraft • Utilize 3 axis and 5 axis machines, primarily Okuma models • Self-inspect components, performing rework when necessary • Other duties may be assigned • Maintain your Active Secret Clearance and receive special program clearance Desired Experience: • Active Secret Clearance is required • 5+ yrs of machining experience • Okuma experience Pay: • $40/hr - $45/hr • Per Diem is available for those that qualify Work Schedule: • Must be flexible on shift (primarily 2nd and 3rd shift) • Must be open to OT, including some mandatory weekend days Placement: • 12+ month Contract, with strong potential for extension • We have current contractors that have been out there almost 3 years at this point • There will be opportunities to go direct if you’re interested, normally around the 6-month mark • *This position is located in Wichita, KS** Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Denver, CO. Manual Machinist

We’re looking for a detail-oriented CNC Machinist who takes pride in precision, craftsmanship, and problem-solving. What You’ll Do • Operate CNC machinery to produce high-precision parts following established specifications. • Run industrial machines such as hydraulic presses, grinders, borers, and overhead cranes. • Select and set up the proper tools and equipment for each job. • Perform accurate machine set-up, calibration, and adjustments for optimal performance. • Determine correct tolerance levels, cutting speeds, and machining parameters. • Interpret detailed part drawings and convert them into precise machining measurements. • Inspect workflows and finished parts to ensure all quality and technical standards are met. • Plan and organize daily machining tasks for maximum efficiency and productivity. What We’re Looking For • Experience operating manual and CNC lathes and mills. • Familiarity with FANUC controls. • Ability to manually program G & M codes. • Strong mechanical aptitude and electro-mechanical assembly skills. • Solid math skills and knowledge of machining, metalworking, and production-machine maintenance. • Ability to read blueprints, follow instructions, and maintain high attention to detail. • Candidates with their own hand and measuring tools are preferred.
