CNC Machinist and Programmer Location: Colorado Springs, CO Pay Range: $25.00 – $38.00 per hour Job Type: Full-Time, Contract to Hire Shift Options: • 1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM • 2nd Shift: Monday – Thursday, 2:15 PM – 12:45 AM (includes 10% shift differential) Position Overview We are hiring experienced CNC Machinists and Programmers to join a high-performance team working on advanced machining projects. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy solving complex challenges, working with state-of-the-art equipment, and mentoring others in a fast-paced environment. CNC Setup Machinist

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled CNC Setup Machinist with Swiss/Screw Machine experience to join our dynamic team, preferably Citizen. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high volume parts within tolerance. You must be comfortable taking an appropriate program, material, tools, and a machine and turning it into an in spec part. This role requires a strong understanding of machining processes, programming, and the ability to work with various materials, including plastics and metals.
