Auto Parts Specialist The main duties of an Auto Parts Specialist involve delivering exceptional customer service to retail and installer customers. Key Responsibilities: • Implement all company customer service programs. • Provide excellent service to customers by greeting them promptly and assisting with merchandise selection. • Support store management in achieving assigned tasks as well as assist installers in serving professional customers when needed. • Complete relevant training for the position. • Assist with daily operational tasks such as freight receipt, stocking shelves, and performing vehicle services where permitted by state and local laws.
