MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Promote safety as the core value at TATRO. • Responsible for assembling, installing, servicing, and repairing air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating units used in homes, schools, commercial and industrial buildings. • Locating and marking position of pipe and/or duct connections and passage holes for same in walls and floors and then cutting openings to accommodate pipe and/or duct fittings, using hand tools and power tools. • Responsible for end-to-end testing, downloading programming, starting up, commissioning, and servicing on assigned projects. • Delegate work and run a crew. • Provide guidance and direction to apprentices/helpers. • Ensure client satisfaction and quality consistent with TATRO standards. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS: • Ability to perform in a fast-paced work environment. • Basic knowledge of construction. • Basic mathematical problem solving. • Plumbing knowledge is a plus but not necessary. • Basic computer/tablet skills, including Microsoft Office products and email services. • Journeyman s License is required. • Valid Driver s License. • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test. • Must be willing to travel when needed.
