Acoustic Tiling Responsibilities • Mounts acoustical tile to walls and ceilings of buildings to reduce reflection of sound and to decorate rooms: Measures and marks surface to lay out work, according to blueprints and drawings. • Install acoustic tiles, blocks, and sheets on ceilings and walls to control sound transmission and improve acoustics. • Measure, cut, and fit acoustic tiles to the correct dimensions, ensuring proper alignment and a seamless finish. • Secure acoustic tiles using appropriate fasteners, adhesives, or other methods, ensuring they are firmly attached to the framework. • Inspect to ensure that the installed acoustic materials meet quality standards and project requirements • installing the framework, such as metal or wood, that supports the acoustic tiles. Flooring Responsibilities • Removing old flooring, cleaning, and leveling the subfloor. • Accurately measuring and cutting flooring materials to fit the space and any obstacles. • Installing the flooring using appropriate techniques and materials (adhesives, nails, etc.). • Applying necessary finishes like grout, sealant, or stains. • Consulting with site lead, explaining installation processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Painting Responsibilities • Brush and roll exterior and interior paint neatly and without residue. • Use airless paint sprayer as needed. • Neatly touch-up and cut in paint application. • Prep buildings for painting and cleanup. • Manage and clean paint sprayers and painting tools and equipment after each use. KEY JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES Strategic Leadership and Functional Oversite • Establish the company's direction in the areas of HR IT, Compliance and Legal strategy, structure, and functional systems supporting the philosophy, mission, goals and direction as set forth by the President. • Lead initiatives in culture transformation, organizational change, performance management, and workforce engagement. • Serve as strategic advisor to executive leadership regarding all administrative functions. • Budgetary planning and responsibility for the resources and costs for Administration functions Human Resources • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's mission, vision, and business goals including compensation, benefits, talent development, succession planning, and HR communications. • Design and implement organization development tools and systems.
