Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated person to join our temporary construction project. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in various construction tasks, including metal framing and putting up new walls. This role requires a strong understanding of construction management principles and the ability to work effectively on-site. The person will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards and as per floor plan and city permit requirements. Responsibilities • Manage construction activities on-site, coordinating with team members and subcontractors • Install rebar and perform concrete finishing tasks as required • Perform carpentry tasks including frame carpentry, trim carpentry, and metal stud framing • Read blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate project execution • Use hand tools and power tools proficiently for various construction tasks • Conduct heavy lifting as necessary while adhering to safety protocols • Engage in restoration, remodeling, siding, plastering, roofing, and woodworking projects Skills • Strong background in construction management with site experience • Familiarity with heavy lifting practices and safe operation of heavy equipment • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately • Competence in using hand tools and power tools effectively • Knowledge of plastering, roofing, trim carpentry, stucco application, and siding installation Job Type: Temporary Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Work Location: In person

Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent.​ • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a concrete carpenter, with a focus on structural concrete and building foundations.​ • Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings and blueprints.​ • Skilled in using carpentry tools and equipment safely and effectively.​ • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.​ • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. • Must have valid DL. • Must pass pre-employment drug test/physical/background check.
