Job Description • We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance tasks, including work orders, grounds clean up and maintenance, and ensuring the overall cleanliness of the community. • You will work closely with our supervisor to complete routine service requests within 24 hours and ensure that the maintenance shop is well-maintained. • Your attention to detail and ability to identify potential issues will be crucial in ensuring the community remains in excellent condition. Responsibilities • Performing daily inspections of common areas and grounds to identify any maintenance issues. • Completing routine service requests within 24 hours at the direction of the supervisor. • Maintaining accurate records of hours worked using company provided forms. • Coordinating with vendors to prepare units for turnover. Requirements • A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with one to three months of related experience and/or training. • Certified HVAC is highly desirable. • A valid driver's license and proof of insurance are essential.
