This position includes framing, trimming, building, and installation work, requiring attention to detail and safe use of tools and equipment. QUALIFICATIONS: • 2+ years of verifiable carpentry experience required. • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and drawings. • Skilled in using tape measures, levels, saws, drills, nail guns, and other carpentry tools. • Must bring own basic carpentry tools (e.g., hammer, tool belt, measuring tape, square, level, drill, etc.). • Strong attention to detail and work quality. Must be able to lift, push/pull, and carry up to 55 pounds. • Reliable transportation and consistent attendance required. • Steel-toe boots and PPE required. SUPERVISION RECEIVED AND EXERCISED: This position works under the supervision of a site foreman. Tasks are expected to be completed independently with responsibility for safety and quality.
