Location & Travel Details: This is a traveling position requiring up to 100% on-site presence at project locations throughout the U.S. You may be assigned to a project site in any state. Typically, you will spend 8 to 16 months on each project, and we provide a designated daily per diem to help with living expenses, along with a vehicle allowance. Responsibilities: • Coordinate engineering studies and change order requests. • Collaborate with engineers and regional managers on project status. • Facilitate communication with clients regarding specifications during the planning stages. • Create and manage subcontracts, purchase orders, and job cost control. • Oversee job costs and predict monthly revenue streams. • Conduct quality assurance and quality control on projects. • Resolve contract disputes and maintain prime contracts with owners or clients. • Establish billing procedures and initiate monthly progress payments.
