Sr. Right-of-Way Renewable Agent- Arizona

Gray Hawk Land Solutions is hiring a Senior Right-of-Way Renewable Agent in Flagstaff, AZ, requiring at least 5 years of experience in negotiating renewable energy leases, particularly solar. Candidates must hold an Arizona Real Estate License and be proficient in mapping software and Microsoft Office. The role involves working independently, maintaining relationships with stakeholders, and drafting agreements. This is a full-time position with benefits and per diem for travel. Gray Hawk Land Solutions is hiring for an immediate open position of a Senior Renewables Right of Way Agent in Arizona. The individual we are looking for require a minimum of 5 years of demonstratable experience negotiating leases in the Renewable Energy Sector. Additional experience negotiating agreements for Electric Transmission projects will be considered. The desired candidate must be a self-starter and able to perform the below tasks with very little or no supervision. All candidates must have experience negotiating Solar Leases and hold a current Arizona Real Estate License. Responsibilities & Qualifications: • Must understand working with Renewable Energy, specifically solar and battery storage, to negotiate leases. • Must be able to negotiate terms and draft agreements as necessary. Must be able to explain how Solar Energy development works thoroughly. • Must understand Solar lease agreements, typical lease duration, the infrastructure involved, typical payment schedules, etc. • Establishes and maintains good relationships with surface owners, local government officials, and agencies. • Represents client and self with professionalism and integrity. Can relate to people from various backgrounds. Can diffuse tense situations quickly. • Mapping software experience (GIS, Google Earth, etc.) • Ability to navigate client databases • Ability to conduct online research • Demonstrate excellent computer knowledge through effective use of software including Microsoft Office applications (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Earth, Online Land Records Systems, Adobe PDF, and database use is required. • Able to work well in a team environment or an individual role Pay Rate: This is Full-Time, 6 day per week.
