Responsibilities & Qualifications: • Must understand working with Renewable Energy, specifically solar and battery storage, to negotiate leases. • Must be able to negotiate terms and draft agreements as necessary. Must be able to explain how Solar Energy development works thoroughly. • Must understand Solar lease agreements, typical lease duration, the infrastructure involved, typical payment schedules, etc. • Establishes and maintains good relationships with surface owners, local government officials, and agencies. • Represents client and self with professionalism and integrity. Can relate to people from various backgrounds.
