Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee project crews and ensure the successful execution of assigned projects. Key Responsibilities: • Development of project plans, including scope, objectives, milestones, and timelines. • Assist in managing the full lifecycle of projects from initiation to closure. • Assist in contacting stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, vendors, and regulatory bodies regarding all project details. • Assist in coordinating and communicating project progress, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders. • Assist in overseeing crossfunctional project teams, ensuring clear roles, responsibilities, and deliverables. And ensuring that resources (personnel, equipment, materials) are available and allocated effectively to project teams. • Assist in managing project budgets, ensuring financial tracking and reporting. Qualifications: • 5 to 7 years of verifiable experience in a Project Manager or higher position within a pipeline construction related field. • Strong knowledge of pipeline systems, components, and the ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics. • Handson experience in welding and fabrication processes preferred. • Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously. • Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and regulations. • Must pass a preemployment drug test. Preferred Experience: • Indepth knowledge of industrial welding, pipefitting, and pipeline construction practices. • Previous experience managing largescale industrial construction projects. • Demonstrated ability to enforce safety protocols and maintain a zeroincident safety record. Draftsman, CAD , Inventor & CNC Operator

ON-SITE EMPLOYMENT MUST HAVE 2 YEARS OF INVENTOR EXPERIENCE Position Description: Draftsmen Position, CAD, Inventor & CNC operator Job Location: This position is located in Snyder, Texas Plastic Fabrication company seeking Draftsmen with AUTO CAD and Inventor experience with application in 3D solid modeling. We use our designs and manufacturing equipment for the galvanizing and other business making use of industrial- scale surface-treatment processes. Equipment includes high-density plastic process tanks, secondary chemical containment systems and chemical heating systems. The ideal Draftsman will have a friendly and easy-going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined. We strive for five stars, nothing less so a customer- oriented approach is essential. The goal is to make guests and visitors feel comfortable and valuable while on our premises. • **SELF MONITORING IS A MUST*** Responsibilities: Employee’s responsibilities would include the use of Autodesk Inventor to accomplish the following. • Drawings and Documentation of existing products for • Communication with current customers. • Proposals for potential customers. • Historical records for future reference. • Drawing sets showing the equipment assembly process to be used as • Instructional reference for company’s in-house fabrication/manufacturing team • Proof of process and product quality for current/ potential customers. • 3D animation of equipment assembly process to be used as • Instructional reference • Product of advertisement • Ability to set up and operate CNC table routers (3-Axis) • Assist sales as required • Assist office staff in answering and routing calls • Shop Inventory & tool assignments • Other duties as assigned • Team player & multi-tasker in a small office environment • Working directly with owner/designer on all projects Qualifications: • 45-50 hour work week depending on work orders • Ability to generate files to control a table sized CNC mill (G-Code) • Proficient in AUTO CAD AND INVENTOR • Proficient in Microsoft Excel • Proficient in verbal and written communication - other staff & customers • Basic understanding of graphic design fundamentals needed convey complicated concepts visually • Able to accept constructive criticism and to work collaboratively with other employees • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as in a group setting • Good organizational skills • Manage and coordinate multiple simultaneous projects providing good follow-through and attention to detail.
