Fine Detail Welder

We are seeking a skilled TIG Welder with an artistic eye to join our team. This role specializes in non-structural, fine detailed welding, requiring attention to detail and a high level of craftsmanship. The ideal candidate will have welding expertise, creativity, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: • Perform precision TIG welding on non-structural, cosmetic components. • Ensure high-quality, aesthetically pleasing welds with smooth finishes. • Use MIG welding as needed (training available for certified candidates). • Work with jigs, fixtures, and specialized tools to complete welding tasks accurately. • Interpret blueprints and welding specifications to meet design requirements. • Utilize measuring tools such as tape measures, protractors, and angle gauges. • Operate tools like vise grips, scribes, hammers, clamps, angle grinders, and cut-off wheels. • Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety protocols. Qualifications & Experience: • Minimum 2 years of MIG welding experience required (certification preferred). • TIG welding experience preferred (training available if needed). • Strong knowledge of jigs, fixtures, and cosmetic welding techniques. • Artistic ability or a craftsman’s approach to fine detail work. • Experience in non-structural welding (80% cosmetic welding work) is a plus. Stick Welder

This position is located in Apple Grove, West Virginia! Excellent long term opportunity for experienced Stick Welders! 1-2 year construction project in Apple Grove, West Virginia. 7:30am-6:00pm, Monday-Saturday, $30 and $100 day/per diem. Need to pass hair follicle test, be comfortable working from heights. Will have to travel to either Ohio or W. Virginia for weld test. • Stick welding • Heavy structure steel, ductwork, supports, guides and hangers (no pipe work). Experince working on mills preferred. • Must be comfortable working from 300+ feet. Will be working out of man lifts. • Bolt, clamp and tack weld parts to secure in postion for welding. • Physical demands- must be able to lift in excess of 100 pounds frequently on the job and climb in excess of 300 feeet. Must be able to pull own weight when climbing steel bracing or ladders. Frequent amounts of bending, stooping, lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling.

Position Summary Branch Civil is searching for an experienced and safety-oriented Welder to join our well-established, growing company. The position is responsible for welding metal components together to fabricate or repair products such as machine parts, equipment, motors, and generators, according to layouts, blueprints, or work orders, using brazing and variety of arc and gas welding equipment: welds metal parts together using both gas welding or brazing and any combination of arc welding processes. Duties/Responsibilities Performs related tasks such as thermal cutting and grinding • Repairs broken or cracked parts, fills holes, and increases size of metal parts • Positions and clamps together components of fabricated metal parts preparatory to welding • May perform other related duties Duties/Responsibilities Cont.
