Welder Job Description Manpower of Waynesboro is looking for an innovative and personable welder to join their team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in welding and the ability to work independently. Job Responsibilities: • Assemble, align, and weld various subassemblies and assemblies using commercial welders and other equipment. • Perform mig/tig welding as required. • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. • Lift up to 75 lbs. on an occasional basis floor to waist. Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent. • At least one year of formal welding training or equivalent level of experience. • 2+ years of experience operating commercial welders. • Must have ASME certification once trained and maintain it.
