Weld test Phase 1: 1. 3- ½” Schedule 80 Carbon TIG in 6G position-will be sent off to be shot. Could take a day or two to come back! 2. 2 ½” Schedule 160 Heavy Wall Carbon TIG in 6G position-will be sent off to be shot. Could take a day or two to come back! 3. 2” Schedule 10 Stainless TIG out in 5G position-will be a visual with a possibility of a bend test. Phase2: Once you pass Phase 1, you will come back to the shop and be asked to pass 3 production welds which could be any size pipe but more than likely be 6” Stainless TIG.
