Essential Skills • Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding techniques. • Ability to work with stainless steel and mild steel materials. • Strong understanding of blueprint reading and welding symbols. • Capability to pass both math and MIG/TIG weld tests. • Experience working in various welding positions such as flat, horizontal, vertical, and overhead. • Must possess a welding helmet and gloves. Work Environment Work in a large, clean, and organized warehouse where safety is prioritized. The facility includes various welding departments such as Sheet Metal, Tubular, and Prove Design. Welders are provided with individual booths equipped with snorkel systems for debris collection. All necessary PPE is provided, except for welding helmets and gloves, which candidates must bring themselves. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Indianapolis, Indiana. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
