Position Summary: We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Welder/Fabricator to join our team. This individual will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and repairing metal structures and equipment used in our farming operations. The ideal candidate will be experienced with MIG, TIG, and portable arc welding, and will take pride in producing high-quality, durable work. Key Responsibilities: • Perform MIG, TIG, and portable arc welding on a variety of metal components and equipment • Fabricate custom parts and tools based on blueprints, diagrams, or verbal instructions • Operate cutting torches, plasma cutters, grinders, and other metal fabrication tools • Repair and maintain general agriculture equipment, repair aluminum pipe as well as build manifolds, filter assemblies and irrigation pump connections from 8”-18” steel pipe. • Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards • Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to identify welding and fabrication needs • Maintain a clean and organized workspace • Follow company safety procedures and always use appropriate PPE Qualifications: • 2+ years of welding/fabrication experience required • Strong understanding of welding techniques and equipment • Ability to read blueprints and schematics • Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team • Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship • Valid driver’s license: ability to travel between work sites as needed What We Offer: • Competitive hourly pay based on experience • Opportunities for year-round employment • Supportive and team-focused work environment • 401(k) with Employer Match Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 – 70 per week Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching Experience: • Welding: 2 years (Required) • Fabrication: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: • Driver's License (Required) • Welding Certification (Preferred) Ability to Commute: • Klamath Falls, OR 97603 (Required) Ability to Relocate: • Klamath Falls, OR 97603: Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
