Position Overview: We’re looking for experienced Structural Fabrication Fitter-Welders who can confidently read and interpret structural drawings, lead layout and fit-up tasks, and contribute to high-quality steel fabrication projects. ✅ Qualifications: • 5–10 years of structural fabrication experience strongly preferred • Must have hands-on fabrication welding experience • FCAW welding required – weld test will be administered • Strong blueprint reading and layout skills • Safety-conscious with a solid work ethic and a positive, team-first attitude • Must be able to read, write, and speak English Responsibilities: • Read and interpret structural drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine layout and fabrication requirements • Perform layout and fit-up of structural steel components including beams, columns, braces, and connections • Operate welding equipment using FCAW, GMAW, SMAW, GTAW, SAW, and other processes as required • Use flame-cutting tools and shaping equipment such as brakes, shears, and presses • Assist in repairing worn or damaged components by adding reinforcement or new material • Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a clean, efficient shop environment • Report to work on time, prepared, and ready to meet production goals • Other duties as assigned _____________________________________________________________________________ Physical Requirements for Heavy Industrial Fabricator • Standing/Walking: Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 10–12 hours per shift). • Lifting/Carrying: Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials and tools weighing up to 50 lbs regularly; occasionally up to 75 lbs with assistance or lifting aids. • Manual Dexterity: Frequent use of hands and fingers to operate tools, welding equipment, grinders, torches, and machinery with precision. • Reaching/Bending/Kneeling: Regular bending, kneeling, crouching, and reaching in tight or awkward spaces, including working at heights or below grade. • Climbing: Ability to climb ladders, stairs, and work on elevated platforms or scaffolding as required. • Vision and Hearing: Must have adequate visual acuity (with or without correction) for welding, reading blueprints, and operating equipment. Hearing must be sufficient to detect alarms, radio communications, and verbal instructions in a noisy environment. • Environmental Tolerance: Must be able to work in indoor and outdoor environments, exposed to varying temperatures, dust, fumes, and loud noises (PPE provided and required). • Endurance: Must be able to perform repetitive tasks and sustain physical activity throughout the shift, including during overtime or extended shutdowns. TIG Welder - Titanium Experience

Primary Purpose: This welder position requires the candidate to TIG weld in a chamber under argon atmosphere on titanium castings for the aerospace industry. Prior experience welding titanium is required. Duties and Responsibilities: • Titanium TIG welding in chamber to repair castings, following all applicable procedures. • Using tools such as calipers, profile templates, etc., to accurately repair castings. • Working with your team on rework plans to make castings conform to specification. • Using grinder to shape tungsten. • Load and unload castings from chamber. • Keep equipment and work area clean and orderly. • Other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications and Experience: • Completion of formal vocation program or more than 1 year of prior TIG welding experience is required. • Must pass welding test within 4 weeks of start date. • Must pass an annual eye exam. • This position requires ability to bend, lift, push, and pull (to place castings in and out of the tank) with or without reasonable accommodations. • Must have basic high-school level math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. • Able to use small, fine tools. • Good attendance record required. • Requires continuous mental and/or visual attention to detail. • Able to understand measurements; read and use measurement tools correctly. • Able to work as a team player and be self-motivated. • Able to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions. • HS diploma or equivalent GED required, but candidates not meeting this requirement who possesses relevant experience will be considered. • Must be at least 18 years of age. • Solid job history including more than 1 year at previous or recent employer. • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodations. • Must be willing to undergo a pre-employment background check. • Must be willing to participate in pre-employment drug screening.
