Essential Duties: • Follow layout plans and perform the structural mounting of racking, modules, and electrical equipment • Support the crew to assure the successful completion of the solar system installation • Document completion of quality installation • Compliance with OSHA standards Key Competencies: • MUST have active LRT License for state of Oregon. • Must be able to consistently carry up to 60 pounds • Must be comfortable working with heights (Ladders, stairs, and roofs) • Must have a reliable means of transportation • Prior residential solar installation experience preferred but not required • Prior roofing/roofer experience or residential construction preferred but not required
