Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and experienced Foreman to join our dynamic team in the Solar industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in solar management, with expertise in project scheduling, budgeting, and quality control. The Foreman will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities • Manage and supervise industrial solar projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints. • Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Primavera P6 for project tracking and scheduling. • Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and compliance with safety regulations (OSHA). • Manage subcontractors and suppliers. • Interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications to guide the solar project. • Implement quality control measures to ensure that all work meets industry standards. • Coordinate with various subcontractors, engineers, and clients throughout the project lifecycle. • Train and mentor junior staff members while promoting a culture of safety on the job site. Skills • Proficient in ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, HeavyBid, and other management software. • Strong understanding of solar management principles including project scheduling, budgeting, time management, and estimating. • Excellent blueprint reading skills with the ability to interpret complex schematics. • Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety practices on construction sites. • Proven experience in supervising teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously. • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for quality control processes. • Effective communication skills for collaboration with diverse teams.
