As a member of the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) team, the technician will be responsible for ensuring optimal performance and reliability of clean energy systems.Responsibilities: Conduct routine preventive maintenance activities on solar panels, battery storage systems, and associated equipment. Troubleshoot and undertake corrective maintenance to identify and resolve system issues, ensuring maximum system uptime and efficiency. Adhere to maintenance schedules and follow established procedures for inspections, cleaning, lubrication, and component replacements. Utilize monitoring software and tools to regularly monitor and analyze system performance, identifying deviations and inefficiencies. Generate performance reports and maintain accurate records of system performance, including energy production, equipment status, and maintenance activities.
