Key Responsibilities • Regional Program Leadership: Provide strategic leadership for solar projects across the region, ensuring that all projects align with the company’s overall goals and objectives. Employees may be moved to single projects when needed. This position performs varied field safety duties in support of the assigned projects to include field observations/coaching, onboarding/training, and working with the Power Team to plan for upcoming work. Requirements • Previous experience in EPC Solar Construction to include land clearing, mass grading, site development, foundation installation, grounding installation, racking installation, photovoltaic panels and inverter wiring and installation and commissioning. • Minimum of 5 years previous construction safety experience. Previous management experience preferred. • Highly motivated individual with ability to effectively communicate up and down the organizational structure. • Strong planning, organizational, and people management skills. • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft applications, Bluebeam, and similar.
