Employees may be moved to single projects when needed. This position performs varied field safety duties in support of the assigned projects to include field observations/coaching, onboarding/training, and working with the Power Team to plan for upcoming work. Previous management experience preferred. • Highly motivated individual with ability to effectively communicate up and down the organizational structure. • Strong planning, organizational, and people management skills. • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft applications, Bluebeam, and similar.
