Job Description – Solar Technician I Carbon Recall Chattanooga is a solar and energy storage installer in the Southeast. We are looking to hire entry level and skilled solar electrical system installers. Ideal candidates are motivated team players with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn and master all aspects of installing PV solar systems. Primary responsibilities: • Safely working outside to install PV systems on residential and commercial rooftops as well as ground mounts. • Lifting, moving and transporting panels, racking and other material. • Ability to follow layout and drawings in regards to racking, modules, wire, etc. • Preparing inventory for projects. • Perform PV system service as required. • Attend training sessions and project meetings as required. • Ability to identify and help implement Continuous Improvement Opportunities. • Work safely at all times. Knowledge and skill requirements include: • Valid driver’s license. • Experience with hand-held and power tools. • H.S.
