Description Line Supervisor Date: 1/2025 Reports to: Line Supervisor Location: Dalton, GA Classification: Non-Exempt SUMMARY The Line Leaders are responsible for safe, consistent daily operation of the production line. In addition, they are responsible for ensuring low waste, high yield, and the best quality product for our customers. Under the direction of the Shift Supervisor, the Line Leader guides the production process and controls process changes. They will supervise all customer clearance operations to successfully execute and control all international import and export goods. The individual will monitor all raw material shipments from South Korea and China to Hanwha Qcells USA Inc., located in Dalton, and ensure correct custom clearance and cost are met as well as defining and implementing improvement projects during the inbound shipping process. By supervising the international transportation operation, the Logistics Specialist (Customs) will manage all raw material transportation from country of export to import port.
