Duties and Responsibilities • Must be fully qualified and capable of working directly with Project Management (PM) to understand and evaluate scheduled electrical work needed to complete projects in a timely manner. • Must be capable of performing all duties associated with the crew leader position. • Must be able to self-prepare for all scopes of electrical work needed by evaluating pictures from site assessment and communicating directly with the project management and design team about any necessary changes or improvements to the electrical plan set.
