Position Details Location: Waterford, CT Shift: 1st Shift Do you take pride in precision and craftsmanship? Seconn Fabrication is seeking an experienced Welder/Fabricator to join our team. This role combines production welding, fabrication, and quality assurance in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities • Weld and fabricate metal components to meet blueprint specifications. • Prepare materials for welding, including cutting, grinding, and cleaning metal. • Provide feedback on fabrication processes, including assembly, design, and tooling. • Create fixtures and annotate customer blueprints for future reference. • Maintain production standards and consistently deliver high-quality work. Qualifications • 3-5 years of welding and fabrication experience. • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, including welding diagrams and symbols. • Experience with hand tools and fabrication processes. • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or coursework preferred.
