Job Summary M&O Corporation is a 45+ year, solidly established commercial HVAC company in search of an SHEETMETAL apprentice to assist in the company's installation department. Ideal candidate is a young individual, physically fit, willing to learn the trade, ready to work every day on time without excuses, comfortable with power tools, able to be away from his phone during working hours and looking to work on our apprenticeship program and ultimately obtain his license. Responsibilities and Duties • Support sheetmetal mechanics • Install ductwork and insulation • Helps in daily duties • Helps in shop fabrication Qualifications and Skills Requirements • No criminal record of any kind • HVAC Trade Degree completed by end of 2026 • Some mechanical background in any field, even as a hobby • Willing to travel to job sites in several towns alongside the mechanics (travel time is paid and company vehicle provided) • Valid driver’s license • A clean driving record • A drug free lifestyle • In good health and able to lift up to 80 lbs, and twist and bend without difficulties • Professional appearance Benefits At M&O, we recognize that our employees are the driving force behind our tremendous success.
