If you have strong technical skills and leadership ability, this is your opportunity to work on high-quality projects with a respected company. Key Responsibilities: • Interpret plans and specifications for coordinated HVAC installations. • Measure, install, repair, and replace sheet metal HVAC duct systems. • Install air handlers, rooftop units, fans, and exhaust systems. • Layout and mark positions for equipment, ductwork, registers, grilles, and diffusers. • Fabricate and assemble parts using nuts, bolts, rivets, screws, clips, or welding. • Seal and test HVAC systems for leakage. • Ensure proper and safe use of all trade-related tools. Foreman Specific: • Manage and run a crew of up to 10 employees. • Maintain daily logbook and 2-week lookahead schedule. • Oversee rigging and layout for all aspects of the project. Qualifications: • CT License SM-1 or SM-2. • Knowledge of CT codes. • Valid CT driver’s license. • OSHA 10 certification. • Certified for scissor and boom lift. • Possession of required tools. • Leadership experience for Foreman role.
