Job Description • Brake Press Operator duties and responsibilities • The primary responsibilities of a Brake Press Operator are to bend sheet metal in accordance with design specifications and to ensure each piece produced is free of defects. To meet these main goals, they may perform the following job duties: • Studying blueprints and specification sheets to understand technical requirements • Setting a computer-controlled press brake to project specifications • Ensuring proper positioning and alignment of metal inside the press brake • Monitoring the pressing process • Measuring and inspecting the finished sheet metal to ensure it matches specifications • Troubleshooting and addressing problems that arise during the pressing process • Performing routine maintenance on the press brake • Complying with all health and safety standards in the manufacturing facility LI_TSC About our Company: - 22nd Century Technologies, Inc., is one of the fastest growing IT Service Integrator and Workforce Solution companies in the United States.
