Position Summary: The Ductwork Fabricator will work with sheet metal to measure, cut, bend, and assemble duct systems for residential and light commercial HVAC installations. This person will also play a key role in staging, organizing job materials, assembling lists, and helping create purchase orders to ensure smooth operations. While they may coordinate with the office at first, the goal is for them to become fully independent in running the shop. They'll assist with receiving deliveries, organizing materials, and keeping the shop running smoothly. Forklift experience is a plus, as is the ability to lift moderate weight to move boxes and materials as needed. We're looking for someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes ownership of their space, and wants to grow with us as we expand our capabilities in fabrication and support for the field team.
