Understands and complies with all safety policies including calibrating gas sensing tool every month. Able to install most furnaces, condensers, humidifiers and accessories with no assistance. Mastered all electrical wiring of furnaces, condensers and thermostats. This includes high and low voltage wiring. Must be able to install sheet metal duct systems, connect gas lines, cut and thread pipe, and install copper refrigerant line to air conditioning units, including soldering and brazing. Able to complete all tasks sent to him/her including billing customers correctly, ordering parts and materials needed for job completion, and handling paperwork properly, timely and legibly. Business Acumen: Install HVAC related equipment according to the manufacturer's instructions. Use good time management to make effective use of travel. Use good time management to keep non-productive time down during weekly inventory re-stock and picking up parts and materials. Must be able to cycle count inventory upon procurement's request.
