Job Description Fabricate metal parts from various stocks using technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications. • Select dies, tools, and punches for material thickness. • Choose correct CNC programs for laser cutting. • Form materials according to specs using radius dies. • Install and align punches and dies for different operations. • Monitor equipment and tooling conditions for optimal performance. • Conduct preventative maintenance and inspection of equipment. • Perform first piece inspection and quality checks. • Making necessary adjustments to equipment for safety and efficiency. • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace. • Assist and train team members in fabrication tasks as needed. • Document production and quality assurance activities.

Our installations total OVER 10,000 homes in suburban Chicagoland and southern Wisconsin. We supply, install, and service the major furnace and air conditioning manufacturers.
