Trillium Construction is hiring for a Sheet Metal Superintendent in Marshfield, WI to oversee crews on commercial projects throughout the state of Wisconsin! This role is responsible for overseeing the installation of sheet metal panel and roofing systems, ensuring high-quality workmanship, job site safety, and timely project completion. The ideal candidate has a strong background in commercial roofing, a deep understanding of sheet metal systems, and proven leadership abilities. Duties: -Supervise and coordinate daily activities of sheet metal crews on commercial roofing projects -Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and shop drawings for proper layout and installation -Ensure proper fabrication and installation of metal roofing systems, flashings, edge metal, coping, gutters, and downspouts -Inspect work in progress and completed work to ensure compliance with company standards, safety protocols, and project requirements -Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion -Maintain inventory of materials, tools, and equipment, and request supplies as needed -Train and mentor crew members, ensuring adherence to safety procedures and quality standards -Troubleshoot installation issues and provide on-site solutions -Document daily job progress, timekeeping, and material usage Compensation: -Hourly rate between $43 - $48 -$100/day per diem, when traveling -Company truck -M/V/D benefits -PTO Apply now!
