Job Requirements · Direct and Schedule HVAC Sheet Metal Field Personnel on the Installation of Ductwork · Systems. · Compare Various Project Documents for Accuracy and Consistency. · Assist in the Preparation and Submission of Project Submittals. · Assist in the Preparation and Submission of Project Change Orders. · Assist Project Management Personnel throughout Project Life Cycle in Tracking and Understanding Basis of Cost Estimate. · Prepare complete Cost Estimates from General Take Off through Final Costs. · Understand and Monitor Program of Work to ensure Estimates are completed prior to Deadlines, Organize and Plan the Estimating Effort. · Participate in the Estimate Review Process with Internal and External Stake Holders. · Must be a team player and be able to work with various partners from start to finish. · Must possess a valid Maine Driver’s License.
