Preferred skills include AutoCAD experience, computer proficiency, and ability to foster a positive professional work environment. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in estimating in an industrial steel manufacturing setting, with a strong background in mechanical engineering and ERP systems. They will be able to read engineered drawings, weld symbols, and understand AISC codes and guidelines. They must be deadline and detail oriented, with strong negotiation skills and ability to handle multiple tasks successfully. This role requires the ability to present oneself as professional, innovative, and creative, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
