Battaglia Industries Inc. seeks skilled Commercial HVAC installer to join to our expanding Team. In this role, it will be your job to install our clients’ HVAC systems. The successful candidate will • have a keen understanding of how HVAC systems work, • have ability and knowledge to size, lay out and install complete duct system • be capable of using a variety of tools and techniques to ensure that our customers’ HVAC systems are installed and function as efficiently as possible, • be capable of working independently and with a sense of urgency, • be able to learn about new equipment and installation techniques, • have strong communication skills and excellent customer service skills and professionalism, • be able to answer questions that our clients may have about how to utilize and maintain their HVAC system, • be able to confidently answer question related to customers’ HVAC systems, • work safely at all times and fully comply with all relevant health and safety standards, including those specified in the Occupational Health and Safety Act. Sheet Metal CNC Laser Operator

About the Job CNC Laser Operator is a critical role in our machining team. The successful candidate will work with two laser machines, a Bystronic fiber laser running Bysoft controller and a Trumpf CO2 laser utilizing TruTops Software. Key Responsibilities: • Operate lasers safely and efficiently • Program lasers for efficient operations on parts to minimize scrap • Communicate closely with engineering team to develop best practices for manufacturability of parts • Follow workplace safety standards • Assist team members in other areas if needed to meet daily production goals • Participate in problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives Requirements: • High School Diploma or equivalent • At least 2 years of experience operating CNC lasers • Bonus points for experience machining stainless steel • Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings Why it Matters This role plays a vital part in our manufacturing process.
