Northrop Grumman has an openings for either a Level 2 Maintenance Plumber or a Level 3 Maintenance Plumber to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals! The selected candidate will work on site in Melbourne, Florida. Job Functions: • Performs repairs and maintenance in plant or office facilities and equipment • Conducts routine, periodic, or special inspections to determine repair and maintenance work necessary to prevent breakdowns of facilities, and equipment • Uses hand and power tools • Tests, inspects, troubleshoots, and repairs machines and equipment • Uses blueprints, sketches, layouts, wiring diagrams, drawings, and specifications • Install, maintain and repair pipes, drains, guttering, mechanical services and related equipment for water supply, gas, drainage, sewerage, heating, cooling and ventilation systems, and other duties as assigned • Replace and/or repair fixtures, water heaters, clean drains, work minor interior repairs (drywall, tile, ceilings, etc.) reconfigure conference rooms, escorting, and other daily trade tasks as assigned This role can be filled at either the Level 2 Maintenance Plumber or the Level 3 Maintenance Plumber position. Basic Qualifications for Plumber 2: • High School Diploma/GED and 2 years of maintenance experience working in the manufacturing industry, and/or construction environment • Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance • Must have experience working in plumbing. Basic Qualifications for Plumber 3: • High School Diploma/GED and 4 years of maintenance experience working in the manufacturing industry, and/or construction environment • Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance • Must have experience working in plumbing. Salary Range: $51,200.00 - $85,400.00Salary Range 2: $60,800.00 - $101,400.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. Plumbing Apprentice

We are hiring experienced residential new construction plumbers but will also train unexperienced new hires as an apprentice. We are a very established, busy plumbing contractor, serving Brevard for 30 years. Responsibilities: • Any and all daily plumbing trade skills: Rough in, Top Out and Trim phases of new construction residential plumbing. • Service Technician's are welcome to apply as well, we are a full service plumbing company. • Adhere to safety policies and procedures • Pay rate is determined by the level of knowledge and experience of the candidate.
