Many times, plumbing issues are combined with another problem, such as drywall repair or water removal or drying. If you are willing to address those “supplemental” items when you fix the plumbing, you will be kept busy! Our ideal candidate can handle all, or at least most, of these issues. However, the following are things you must be able to do: • Conduct maintenance checks and inspections, Diagnose and troubleshoot reported leaks, clogs and other issues; recommend and make needed repairs. If repairs would not be economically prudent, or parts are no longer available, Install new parts and/or equipment. • Perform emergency repairs and respond to service calls in a timely and professional manner • Maintain accurate records and photos of all work performed and parts used. • Communicate effectively verbally and in writing using a phone, laptop, or other method with our team. • Work both independently and as part of a team. You must have at least 2 years of plumbing experience. In order to do major repairs you will need a plumber’s license.
