New Construction Commercial Plumber

Job Overview Top Rated ***** Plumbing company is seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction plumbing and possess the necessary skills to perform a variety of plumbing tasks. This role requires mechanical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively on construction sites. The Plumber will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in commercial settings. This position will require out of town travel and you must adhere to our attendance policy. Monday-Thursday 7:00 am to 5:30 pm Overtime as needed We offer PTO and bonus pay for travel. Duties • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances. • Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine layout and installation requirements. • Utilize hand tools and power tools for various plumbing tasks. • Perform pipe threading and assembly of plumbing components. • Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or necessary repairs. • Collaborate with other construction professionals on-site to ensure project completion. • Adhere to safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment • Collaborate and maintain a good working relationships with general contractors. Qualifications • Proven experience in construction plumbing with a solid understanding of plumbing systems. • Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and equipment related to plumbing tasks. • Effective communication via ipad, such as work progress notes and pictures will be required. • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively. • Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to installations. • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately. • Must be physically capable of heavy lifting and working in various conditions. • Must be able speak english. • Must be a team player. • Join our team as a Plumber where you can showcase your skills while contributing to exciting projects! Work hours • 7:00am – 4:00pm Monday – Friday • On Call on a rotating basis: 7:30am – 4:30pm Monday – Friday • Contingent on need, occasional evenings or weekends will be required • Pay is on a Bi-weekly basis Primary Duties • Diagnosing and troubleshoot plumbing issues and/or water or flooding issues.
