Foremen-Have experience with large scale commercial/industrial plumbing projects. Our typical plumbing projects range from approximately $500,000-$3,000,000. The ability to layout work tasks for one or multiple crews and supervise personnel Responsibilities: • Layout work and supervise employees • Perform takeoffs for material ordering • Complete projects within time constraints and budget • Assemble and install plumbing systems • Troubleshoot and repair plumbing systems • Review blueprints and building codes to determine optimal work procedures • Adhere to safety policies and procedures Qualifications: • At least 5 years relevant experience in commercial Plumbing construction • Knowledge of water, waste and vent systems, techniques and tools of the plumbing trade • Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics and proficient in plumbing codes • Ability to hand physical workload • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong leadership and communications skills • Stable work history, valid Driver's License Company DescriptionCFI, Inc, is an EEO employer.
