About the Role Are you a proven leader in residential plumbing or construction, ready to take ownership of an entire branch operation? Plumbing Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Greenville branch to consistent, high-quality, and profitable performance. As Branch Manager, you'll be the head of your branch responsible for leading field crews, quality inspectors, warehouse operations, and builder relationships. You'll ensure every job is completed safely, on time, to our quality standards, and profitably. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll coach your team daily, strengthen builder partnerships, and drive results that matter. Requirements: Mandatory Experience & Industry Qualifications • Field Leadership Experience: A minimum of 5+ years of field leadership or management experience in residential plumbing, construction, or a closely related trade. • Plumbing/Trade Expertise: Extensive practical plumbing experience. Residential Plumber

Requirements: · Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in commercial or residential buildings, including offices, retail spaces, industrial facilities, and multi-use properties. · Perform plumbing work for remodels, including replacing or upgrading pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and drainage systems. · Must be proficient in working with various plumbing systems, including pipes, fittings, fixtures, water supply, and drainage systems, with a strong understanding of pipe fittings and their proper selection to ensure optimal performance. · Knowledge of pump and irrigation systems, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure efficient water distribution and system functionality. · Ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues using various tools, including but not limited to drain snakes, cable machines, and hydro jetters. · Must be able to perform take-off, layout, installation, and testing of completed work. · Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements. · Troubleshoot and repair plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and faulty components. · Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to ensure plumbing systems function efficiently. · Work with general contractors, project managers, and other tradespeople to coordinate plumbing work within project timelines. · Ensure all work complies with plumbing codes, safety regulations, and company standards. · Maintain accurate records of work performed, including before and after pictures of all work orders, materials used, and hours worked. · Provide recommendations for system upgrades and improvements based on assessments and inspections.
