Report progress to Program Managers • Organize the work schedule for several teams • Supervise all construction workers ensuring teamwork, safety, and discipline • Be the liaison between construction workers, supervisors, and superintendents • Ensure that a project is adequately staffed, supplied, and run • Assign areas of responsibility to plumbing teams and personnel • Willing to learn from all Qualifications • Knowledge of IPC plumbing code • Ability to teach and train employees. • Ability to prevent and resolve issues between employees • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Deep knowledge of the construction industry and processes • Ability to read construction drawings and blueprints • High School Diploma or GED • Valid Driver’s License • Ability to pass drug screen and background check • Ability to lift 100 lbs.
