Understand and know how to read variance reports to manage project budget. • Maintain a clean, orderly and organized work site. • Coordinate installation with other tradesmen, the General Contractor and the client. • Participate in hands on completion of piping and sheet metal assignments whenever possible. • Maintain current understanding and knowledge of building codes and regulation governing inspections and construction practices.
