Essential Job Responsibilities: Plumbing: • Strong mechanical aptitude and experience in plumbing and pipefitting. • Knowledge of different pipe materials and fittings (copper, PVC, steel). • Proficiency in using hand and power tools (saws, wrenches, soldering equipment). HVAC: • Knowledge of refrigeration systems and air conditioning principles. • Ability to work with wiring and electrical systems. • Experience with troubleshooting and repairing HVAC equipment. GENERAL: • Inventories and controls stock of supplies with computerized maintenance program. • General fabrication skills such as welding (ARC, MIG & TIG), torch, cutting equipment. • Able to apply mechanical knowledge/abilities in basic electrical blueprints and meters. • Design layout and installation of plumbing projects. Able to troubleshoot without direct supervision. Qualifications: Vocation Technical training in related field plus 2 years' experience in related field. Ability to read, write and understand work instructions (English). Familiar with operating power tools. Must be flexible in work hours. Regular full-time attendance.
