Licensure Requirements: • Current Master Plumber license issued by the State of MN. • Current Backflow Prevention Certification (Applicants who do not currently possess Backflow Prevention Certification must obtain one within one year of hire). • Current City of St. Paul Certificate of Competency as a Master Plumber (Applicants who do not currently possess this Certification must obtain within one year of hire) • Must possess a valid Minnesota driver's license and acceptable driving record.
