Qualifications Five years of trade specific experience working with plumbing and mechanical systems related to Building Infrastructure or completion of a one-year trade-specific program. Four years of military experience in a related field may be considered in lieu of the field service experience requirements. Experience working in a healthcare facility is preferred. Specific requirements based on campus location (review for each posting). Minnesota Journeyman or Masters Plumbing License and a valid Drivers License. ASSE 5110 Backflow Prevention Tester Certified and ASSE 5130 Backflow Prevention Rebuilder Certified or able to obtain this within a timeframe established at the time of hire.
