What You'll Do: • Coordinate and dispatch technicians to jobs efficiently • Answer calls and assist customers with professionalism and clarity • Manage schedules and logistics using dispatch software • Collaborate with the sales team, technicians, and leadership to keep operations running smoothly • Stay calm under pressure and communicate effectively throughout the day What You Bring: • 2+ years of customer service or dispatch experience (trades experience highly preferred) • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Excellent verbal and written communication • Confidence using Microsoft Word, Excel, and email • Experience in a fast-paced office environment and multi-line phone systems
