In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind projects from start to finish, reviewing plans, bidding jobs, and managing awarded projects to successful completion. You’ll collaborate with general contractors, vendors, suppliers, and customers while working closely with the Superintendent and project team. Skills and Abilities • Strong ability to read and interpret complex instructions, drawings, and contracts. • Proven communication skills—written, verbal, and in presentations—with customers, vendors, and subcontractors. • Bi-lingual skills a plus. • Ability to calculate figures, percentages, and apply basic algebra/geometry to real-world situations. • Proficient in project estimating software, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access. • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills. • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships. • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required. • Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.
