Position Summary: The Commercial Service Plumber will be responsible for performing maintenance, repairs, and installations of plumbing systems in commercial buildings. Key Responsibilities: • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial plumbing systems and fixtures. • Perform scheduled and emergency service calls for commercial clients. • Install, maintain, and repair water heaters, boilers, pumps, valves, piping, backflow systems, and fixtures. • Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine layout and installation requirements. • Communicate effectively with dispatch, clients, and team members to complete jobs efficiently. • Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, materials used, and time spent. • Adhere to all safety procedures, plumbing codes, and regulations. • Keep service vehicle stocked, organized, and clean. Qualifications: • Minimum 3–5 years of commercial plumbing experience. • Valid MN/WI plumbing license and/or journeyman certification. • Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, tools, and equipment. • Ability to work independently and troubleshoot complex plumbing problems. • Excellent customer service and communication skills. • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in various environments (indoor/outdoor, tight spaces, heights).
