Plumbers Full Time | $25-35/hour 40 hours per week | Direct Hire Opportunity Location: Waterloo, IA Express Employment is seeking licensed plumbing candidates to work for a locally owned plumbing, heating, and cooling company. Key Responsibilities: • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and components (e.g., pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, water heaters, and fixtures). • Read and interpret blueprints and building specifications to map layout for pipes, drainage systems, and other plumbing materials. • Inspect and test plumbing systems using pressure gauges, leak detection equipment, and other tools. • Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues and propose effective solutions. • Cut, assemble, and install pipes using hand and power tools. • Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes, safety regulations, and building standards. • Collaborate with contractors, electricians, and other construction professionals. Requirements: • High School Diploma or GED • Completion of plumbing apprenticeship program or relevant vocational training • Valid plumbing license and/or certification • Proven experience as a professional plumber • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Schedule & Pay: • 40 hours per week • $25.00-$35.00/hour • Monday-Friday (Occasional Saturdays when needed) • 7:00am-4:30pm schedule
